The 8-inch by 8-inch rigid whip head is designed out of eight 0.375-inch, t304 stainless wire with two support rings. All welds are solid metal tig welds, no spot welds. All welds are ground and polished with food safe, cleanable surfaces. Best kettle whips work excellent in steamed jacketed kettles, large stock pots and food processing applications. Made in USA.
